Great location Positive: Loved the room, fire place, location, cleanliness, couch and room amenities. Negative: What would have made our stay more enjoyable are following: Broken bed, slats continually falling out on one side of the bed. (I had to sleep on the couch) Sagging mattress No tissues No face washers No bin in bathroom Toilet seat unsecure Pepper but no salt Empty body lotion in bathroom (after a review 9 days ago from another guest) No milk Floor lip into the shower very dangerous (not obvious to the eye), need signage at floor level explaining this Wet floors very slippery. As a surprise for my partner for a very special birthday we were asked by the super host via message to put the bins out on a Sunday night. After receiving many warning messages to make sure you leave by 10 a.m. or you will be charged and other strict warnings, I found this inappropriate. For a super host to ask us to put the bins out on the street for collection, after many rules and warnings was the last straw. We woke up to our warning message to leave 10an, and don't forget the bins!

Perfect location for a 2 night stay in Sorrento. Close to town but very peaceful. Positive: Decor and styling. It was very quiet even though on a main road Having a kitchenette was handy. It was very private. Negative: There was no body lotion in the container. Milk would have been nice. I would have like a variety of teas to choose from.

Much needed reset weekend spent well Positive: Very cozy, had everything essential without the need to over do it, fireplace was an incredible touch Negative: Had a few wifi/service issues however not a massive issue anyway was still lovely

Very special place. Loved it. Positive: The interior fit out, great heating, very comfy bed and coach. Negative: The shower spilling out onto the bathroom floor
