We would love to stay again if these couple of issues were attended to . Instructions in the welcome book perhaps. Positive: The property was beautiful with great facilities. Negative: The promise of a heated pool was extremely disappointing. There were no instructions on how to heat the pool either although we noticed that the filter commenced at 8am and we expected the pool to warm up then. Evidently the previous tenants did not log out of the children’s Netflix programs and therefore we could not access general viewing programs.

Beautiful spacious property. Positive: Beautiful spacious home. Felt so welcomed the moment we arrived. A lovely note from Angie and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. My daughters discovered 'Baked in Portsea', a great little cafe a 5 min walk away. Negative: Unfortunately the weather was not great the weekend we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pool like we had hoped to. (Although it didn't stop my daughters going in for a quick dip the morning before we checked out)

Spacious Positive: Spacious and modern Negative: The ad says breakfast included but it wasn’t and staff were dismissive when asked about it.

Luxury in Sorento. Positive: It is absolutely awesome! Negative: Design, size, facilities, attention to detail, generosity of the superhost!

Positive: All a person needs for a relaxed, comfortable, enjoyable getaway, in a quiet, lovely cul de sac but within a short proximity to other atteactions if needed Negative: All good, cdnt fault
